WASHINGTON – North Korea announced on Monday that it would conduct another round of rocket launches, sending a satellite into orbit as part of a three-stage rocket launch on and or before Dec. 22.

Members of the UN have condemned the announcement, calling it unsanctioned missile testing.

Host Rob Sachs spoke with Sung-Yoon Lee, the Kim Koo Korea Foundation assistant professor of Korean Studies at the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy and Tufts University, and Bruce Klingner, a senior research fellow focusing on Northeast Asia for the Heritage Foundation, to discuss the launch and its wider implications.
